RESPONSE TIME

We respond within 48 working hours to any communication sent to us. However, we take minimum three weeks time to shortlist CVs and send them across to our corporate clients.

DATA BANK

Our database is a vast & comprehensive assortment of profiles ranging from junior to senior management from across industries and across the globe; selected by using a vast array of resources such as job postings, referrals, headhunting, walk in, agency network etc. thereby validating a made to order solution for both the candidates registered with us & the companies we cater.

SCREENING PROCESS
Our screening process starts from the pre-stage where in, we first hold a telephonic round of interview with the candidates to understand, whether or not they match the basic criteria of the job.

Followed by a personal interview and if required a competency mapping for any niche job profile which further enables us to judge the candidate on his overall competency and suitability for the job. Then schedule a final interview with the company. We do this on request from our corporate clients through well researched, standardized and renowned tests like PAPI, Learning Style Questionnaire, MBTI, FIRO-B, 16PF which assess one's personality and behavioral styles. Furthermore, the profiles of the candidates contain all the necessary information and the details for employment.

Upon request, the CVs are sorted out according to the requirement of the clients. Needless to mention, regular updates are made on each and every profile.


SERVICE FEE
For recruitment, our service charges depend entirely on the job profile and the nature of industry.

Our representative studies the requirements of each organization and a case is prepared for the review of our board and subsequently a solution is forwarded to meet the requirements.
